Avijgan.Shahr-e-kord University of Medical Sciences, Shar-e-kord, Iran Introduction and Background: Gypsies are groups of people who are not dependent on any special area.Because of permanent immigration and their life style that has been targeted to earn daily bread, they might be exposed to multiple partner sexual contacts, addiction and various kind of infections, like hepatitis B, C and AIDS.Purpose of this study is to estimate prevalence of these infections in gypsies of south west of IRAN Shahr-e-kord ; . Methods and Materials: This study was done in Sureshjan Pass near Shahr-e-kord. 226 persons of gypsies underwent tests for hepatitis B, C and HIV. Collected serums were tested for serologic markers of HBsAg, Anti-HBc, Anti-HCV, Anti-HIV. The kits used were based on third generation of Enzyme Immune Assay EIA ; for HBV, HIV, and Second generation of EIA for HCV. All positive sera were tested again.In fact Positive sera in first step were selected and retested for HBsAg, Anti-HBs, HBeAg, Anti-HBe, Anti-HBc, Anti-HCV, Anti-HIV antibodies. The kits used in this step had different mark of manufacturing.

The list of Charter supporters has several problems. It contains numerous repetitions within and across countries ; and non-companies are also listed. On the other hand, relevant differences exist for Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk insulins when comparing official responses, both in the aforementioned commentary 1 ; and on the Internet 2 ; , and information leaflets for European commercialized products, which are regulated by the EMEA European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products ; 3 ; , the regulatory authority for drug licensing in the European Union. Substantial discrepancies specifically concern cartridges and prefilled devices containing insulin NPH and fast-acting and longacting mixtures. While European insulin information leaflets recommend discarding every type of insulin after 28 42 days from the first use, American warnings recommend not to use cartridges and prefilled devices containing NPH and mixture insulins beyond 14, 10, or even 7 days after opening Table 1 ; . The qualitative and quantitative data we collected from practitioners prior to the implementation of FAME IT systems in four strands offer insight into attitudes, perceptions and resources that facilitate or impede multi agency-environments. As indicated above, despite the shortage of time we have been able to do some post implementation evaluation work in the strands that went ` live' in summer 2004. As well as a new questionnaire and interviews we have observed post-implementation events and meetings organised by the strands. A few practitioners have become enthusiastic users and energetic advocates. Some but not all of these individuals had a prior commitment to IT. Most of the stands included one or more ` technophobic' practitioners who have become converts to FAME. Nevertheless, in general take up of the IT systems by practitioners trained to use them has been low. Reasons for this include lack of access to equipment, technical setbacks, and a feeling that the effort of using the system outweighs any direct payback to individuals and their colleagues. Recruiting enthusiastic and committed practitioners as ` super users' to encourage the others is one solution with which the project is currently experimenting. All this is described and explained in more detail below under discussion of the relevant strands. We draw this evidence together to discuss the issue of engaging practitioners in multi agency working and information sharing in section 6!
